A homage to the humble bee! This creamy dairy-free smoothie is deliciously sweet thanks to the antioxidant-rich raw honey and fibre packed dates. The natural sugars are brilliantly balanced with blood stabilising cinnamon whilst the bee pollen provides a boost in vitamins, minerals and proteins. It also helps to stimulate the immune system, too!

“Honestly, this smoothie is a godsend. The bee pollen contains nearly all the nutrients we need and it’s high in protein, amino acids and vitamins (it’s the most important superfood). The raw honey will neutralise the acidity in your body and the dates will help balance your body’s salt/ water ratio and most importantly will give you tons of energy all day!”


  • 230ml almond milk
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • ½ tsp bee pollen
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 2 dates, stones removed
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon


  1. Blend all your ingredients together.
  2. Pour into your favourite smoothie glasses or mason jars for two, 250ml servings.
  3. Enjoy!
